Unknown 1900's Girl

This first photo has been brightened slightly to show the girl's features. Her clothing dates this photo at around 1900-1910. She is wearing a large white bow and a small brooch on her collar. The picture itself is oval-shaped. There is no name on the back, though there appears to be the name of a photographer that is difficult to make out.
